Terry was born and raised in North Dakota. He owned and operated a John Deere machine business until 1980, after which he
moved to Kalispell, Montana and managed three speakeasies until 1997. After selling them he retired to the oceanfront condo on
Maui that he had owned since 1976. Terry has since owned five different homes on Maui and he currently resides in Wailea after
promising his wife, Barbara, that he would never make her move again.
Terry loves to golf and plays three times a week with a low handicap. He also loves to snorkel and ride his motorcycle, but
outside of golf his biggest passion is for Real Estate. Terry has been licensed in Hawaii for 6 years now. His "retirement"
isn't exactly as he planned, but he never gets tired of selling real estate. Everyone likes Terry because he has a sense of
humor and is a genuine "people person" that never gets tired of being around people and helping them achieve their goal of
home ownership on Maui.
